I was cracking up the whole time, mind you if it had been me I would have been crying but since it was your adventure I was more than happy to laugh along. There are so many things I dislike about dental appointments and you nailed many of them right on the head. I hope you tooth feels better soon.

I totally dig the new layout, and that's a pretty sweet picture. It reminds me that we haven't been to Pacific City in about...FOUR YEARS, so we'd better go this summer.

I too miss the Courthouse. I despise the gym I joined here, which I joined because it was the only one I found where SOME people spoke English. As a result I rarely go and it is a WASTE OF MY MONEY. Stupid Courthouse for setting our expectations so high, so early in life.

Don't worry, my best friend, I felt the same way when I moved here. I semi regretted the decision for months and LONGED for Portland and the fact that I knew more than four people. But, now I'm so happy here that I decided to stay longer than originally planned.

But I know it's hard, and just know that I miss you and can't wait to see you! You're awesome, and you'll have a couple of fantastic friends before you know it.

You know, I think you're ahead of the game because you're preparing to run a Triathlon. Those of use who run just over 5 miles on a GOOD day wouldn't ever make fun of you.

The important part is to keep going (unless you break something).

Wow, your pool is really crowded. At Washington Park pool (55th and King Drive) theres usually only 6 or 8 people swimming. It is a 50 meter pool and people swim the long way. Adult lap swim is 7:15 to 8 am.
